Project Manager:

Gannaway Builders is offering an exciting opportunity to quality individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager specializing in new condominium and condominium conversion construction within Pinellas County, FL.

The project manager is expected to professionally manage the daily details of multiple construction projects; overseeing Project Organization, Construction Operations, Subcontractor Relations, Financial Negotiation, and Project Planning.

The applicant must also be able to work with customers, architects, engineers and subcontractors to complete the projects on time and budget. Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to learn quickly, and the ability to execute a multitude of tasks with a high degree of honesty and integrity are required.

With over 20 years, Gannaway Builders is a self performing general contractor, located in Clearwater, FL. We offer an excellent compensation package including salary commensurate with experience, medical insurance and paid vacations.
