Guy Gannaway - Owner

As founder of the company, Mr. Gannaway brings 34 years and over $85 million of construction project expertise.

Owner and Project Executive for every project, he brings extensive experience in areas of operations, project management, partner developing, client retention, employee management.  

His experience ranges from midsize renovation projects to high end multi-million dollar facilities.  His knowledge of construction along with his strong project management and effective communication capabilities allows all projects to run smoothly and cost effectively.

Education:

Bachelor of Science, General Business and Minor in Accounting, Missouri State Unversity

Licenses: Building Contractor, Active, License #GCG 508012, Mechancal Contractor License # CAC1815048 - Real Estate Licensce, Inactive Status.

Mark Stalker - President

Mr. Stalker’s experience is unparalleled in the local construction industry.  He has over 22 years of construction experience highlighted by the completion of high profile sports venues and events in the Tampa Bay area.

Mr. Stalker’s responsibilities are to ensure all projects are constructed on time, and within budget. He handles all of the day to day responsibilities of managing the project, procurement, meetings, communications, project controls; including procuring new business relationships, closeout and warranty.

Roger Edwards

Vice President – Field Operations

Mr. Edwards has been with Gannaway Builders for over ten years and has a verifiable track record for completing projects on time and under budget, while maintaining a strict standard of safety measures on the jobsites. His many roles as Vice President of Field Operations include daily management of over 90+ crew members to ensure company objectives for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and production.

Responsibilities include project start-up, and closeout, writing project plans, reports and documentation, scheduling, and controlling expenses

His experience with project ranging up to $15 million include: multi-family, retail, restaurant, auto dealerships, warehouse and health and fitness.
